BEHIND
the DESIGN

Growing up as the daughter of a real estate developer, Charlene was immersed in the structural aspects of architecture from an early age. After studying art history in the United States and working in visual merchandising in Canada, she returned to school to study interior design before founding her studio in 2022.

A warm Southern breeze to the North, she approaches her work with a poetic attitude—balancing refined silhouettes with subtle intrigue.Through the lens of Eastern philosophy and European sensibility, she explores what unfolds when introspective calm meets expressive form. Deeply curious about how people experience their environments, she bridges the human psyche and design on an emotional level, acting as a custodian of the dwelling with a poetic touch.

As a first generation Canadian, she sees the unspoken dialogue between people and their surroundings—stories waiting to be told, emotions waiting to unfold.
